Tlex ("we", "us") built this app as a commercial product. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using Tlex, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account details — your email address and a display name when you register.
• Conversations and prompts — the messages and images you send to assistants and the website builder, so we can show your history and generate responses.
• Generated content — websites, versions, and logs you create, stored so you can edit and publish them.
• Usage data — credit balance, daily activity counts, and basic analytics events that help us improve the product.
• Payment metadata — subscription plan and purchase records processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To run the assistants, voice chat, agent teams, and website builder you asked for.
• To persist your chats, sites, and account so they're available when you return.
• To enforce credit balances, daily limits, and subscription entitlements.
• To send service emails — verification codes, password resets, and important account notices.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve features and reliability.

AI processing

Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses and websites. We choose reputable providers, but their handling is governed by their own policies. Avoid sending sensitive personal, financial, or health information in your prompts.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that power Tlex — hosting, payments, email, AI, and domain registration — and only as needed to deliver the feature you used. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and its associated content at any time from Settings, which removes your data from active systems.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data through your account or by contacting us. If you're in the EU, UK, California, or another region with data-protection laws, you may have additional rights such as portability and objection.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Payments are handled by Stripe and domain registrations by our registrar partner.

Children

Tlex is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Tlex evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above or through in-app notice.
